One & All Wellness is the trading name of Dr Ambar Teillet, a sole trader based in Ramsbottom, UK. I am responsible for any personal information you share with me. If you have any questions about this policy, email me at oneandallwellness@gmail.com 

What information I collect

When you use my contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. If you book a consultation or workshop, I also receive your booking and payment details.

Please share only what you're comfortable with in your first message. If you mention health information, I treat it as confidential and use it only to reply to you.

How I use it

I use your information to:

  • reply to your enquiry

  • arrange and confirm bookings

  • send you information you've asked for

  • keep financial records, as the law requires

I use it because I have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me, and to provide services you've booked. I will only add you to a mailing list if you ask me to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who I share it with

I never sell or share your information for marketing. It is held securely by the services I use to run my website and business: Squarespace and Gmail. Some of these may store data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

If you book a workshop run with a partner venue, such as MotherZen, I may share your name and booking details with them so they can welcome you on the day.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: for 3 to 6 months, then deleted.

  • Client records and information: exactly 8 years from the date of the client’s last consultation. If the client is a child, files/records will be kept until his or her 25th birthday, unless the client was 17 at the conclusion of the nutritional therapy when the files/records must be kept until their 26th birthday.

  • Booking and payment records: for at least 5 years after the 31 January Self Assessment deadline of the relevant tax year for HMRC  tax purposes. .

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how I use it. Email oneandallwellness@gmail.com  and I will reply within one month.
