Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you book a service with Dr Ambar Teillet, trading as One & All Wellness. By booking, you agree to them.

My services

I offer nutritional therapy consultations, packages and workshops, in person at MotherZen, Ramsbottom and online. I am a BANT Registered Nutritionist® and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist. Although I am a former NHS GP, I do not practise as a medical doctor in my nutrition work.

My services support your health alongside medical care, not instead of it. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Please keep seeing your GP or medical team for any health concerns, and don't stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to your doctor.

Booking and payment

  • Consultations and workshops are paid in full when booking, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Prices are shown on my website and may change, but you will always pay the price shown when you booked.

Cancellations

Your 14-day right to cancel: if you book online, by email or by phone, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund. If you ask for a session to take place within those 14 days, you will pay for any part already provided.

Consultations: you can reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, or if you don't attend, the full fee still applies.

Workshops: cancel at least 72 hours before for a full refund. With less notice, no refund is given, but you are welcome to reschedule or pass your place to a friend. If I need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or reschedule to a later date.

Workshops

Workshops offer general education, not personalised advice. Parents and carers are responsible for their children throughout. For workshops held in collaboration at a partner venue, the venue's own terms may also apply.

Tests and supplements

Any tests are carried out by independent laboratories, and their terms also apply. Test fees are non-refundable once a kit has been ordered. Please check with your GP or pharmacist before taking supplements if you take any medication.

Workbooks and resources

Workbooks, handouts and recipes are for your personal use only, and must not be copied or shared without my permission.

Liability

I hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, my liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned.

If you are unhappy with my service, please email oneandallwellness@gmail.com and I will do my best to put it right. 

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
