How it works
Four steps from your first questionnaire to a plan that fits your real life.

Before we meet
You complete a detailed health questionnaire, a food diary and a timeline of key life and health events.
2.
Your first session
We talk through your health history, symptoms and lifestyle in detail, and consider whether any testing would be clinically appropriate.
3.
Your personalised plan
Recipe ideas, meal planning and suggestions for change, plus an emailed summary of your consultation and recommendations.
Follow-ups
We review your progress, new symptoms or changes and any challenges, and adjust your plan so it stays realistic for you.
4.
Consultation packages
Prices are the same for adults and children. All consultations are online.
Children's consultations require at least one parent or legal guardian, and your child will need to join for part of the consultation.

Good to know
Testing requires an initial consultation and at least one follow-up, as results are reviewed in a follow-up session. Tests are charged at the provider's standard price, separately from the interpretation fee.
Interpretation fees
Covers reviewing your results alongside your history, symptoms and goals, a written summary with personalised recommendations, and discussing it with you in your follow-up.
